Product Features

Dial switch

Built-in 6 dials. Dial push and custom dial: a dial will be added for replacement (this function needs to be set in the dial settings after the watch is connected to the APP). Watch dial switching: long press the screen on the dial interface, or turn the lower button to switch.

Control panel

Do not disturb mode. Brightness adjustment - tap to adjust the screen brightness. Turn on Link Audio Bluetooth (the icon is green). Settings, click to enter the settings interface. To power off, tap the watch to power off.

Bluetooth calling

Link watch audio Bluetooth: Audio Y2Pro, you can realize the Bluetooth call function. When the phone calls, the watch can answer or hang up. You can also make calls with the watch.

Set interface

Screen off time, lift wrist to turn on screen, brightness adjustment, do not disturb mode, vibration mode, key. definition, always-on setting, voice, about, restart, shutdown, connect mobile phone, restore factory settings.

Workout: 11 sport modes

The conditions that need to be met at the same time for data storage: step counting more than 2 minutes, ball games - more than 2 minutes, skipping rope more than 2 minutes.

Notice:1. The watch must be worn on the hand to monitor the heart rate before starting to calculate the data. 

2. After the data is saved, the exercise record can be viewed in the exercise interface of the APP - click the record icon in the interface to view the exercise details.

Message

After the watch is bound to the APP, open the notification on the phone and authorize the notification in the APP. Supported characters: 90 Chinese characters, 190 characters (one letter, one character). Can store up to 4 messages.

Heart rate monitoring

You can set continuous heart rate monitoring throughout the day or a specified time period in the APP. You can set the monitoring frequency for how many minutes, and you can view historical heart rate data in the APP.

Music control

After the watch is connected to the APP, you can turn on and control the music playback of the mobile phone.

Stopwatch

Timing function to measure the estimate time for any work to complete. 

Pedometer

This interface displays steps, distance and calories respectively.

Step target value can be set on the APP: My - target steps. Pedometer principle: through arm swing and gravity sensing. Step counting method: the first time the algorithm is activated for more than 15 steps, the step counting interface will be updated.

Sleep

Interface display: total sleep time, light sleep time, deep sleep time.

Monitoring time: 21:00-09:00.

Calculation principle: calculated heart rate monitoring.

Weather

Shows the weather for the day. Weather information requires to be connected to the APP before it can be obtained.If the connection is disconnected for a long time, the weather information will not be updated.

Interactive Use

The connection between the watch and the mobile phone requires the mobile phone to download and install the APP "RDFit".

BT connection

Before BT connection, please turn on the BT of the mobile phone and make sure that the watch is not connected.

BT connection

Keep the device close within 10 meters. 

Turn off the BT of the mobile phone, restart the BT of the system and reconnect.

Close the APP, reconnect after restarting the APP.

Reconnect after the device is shut down and restarted.

Interactive Use (BT Unbinding)

Note: on Android phones, click the unbind button to complete the unbinding. Apple phones also need to go to the system BT to unbind the device.
